Clean, Fresh, Welcoming

I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I love the property. Apartment was clean and fresh when I moved in with a nice welcome note. The neighbors are pretty friendly in the area always greeting in passing. Any request I have put it has been handled in a timely fashion and they follow up with you… Ms. Laura who works the front desk has been pleasant. She is efficient in helping the residents with anything we ask for. I enjoy going to visit her when I am home and have free time. She is great and hope she remains as long as I’m living here. Grand Reserve Orange is a great place to live I love my apartment.

Beautiful turnover before move-in, Lots of parking

What a nice place to live!… Now being back at the Grand Reserve Orange has been a pleasant experience… the quality remains the same… E-mails are answered promptly, and the lease was signed smoothly and fast… I would like to thank the maintenance team for making my apartment impeccable… Another relevant point… is how the apartment is kids-friendly, the floor, even when is wet, is non slippery, new carpet has a beautiful color that doesn’t show stains, walls were freshly painted!… Can’t forget to mention that they gave us brand new washer and dishwasher. There’s plenty of parking space. I see they are renovating apartments and hallways, so is great to live in a place that wants to keep up with their quality. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The property manager makes it a wonderful place for residents. (She) goes above and beyond to help the residents. Exceptional customer service is her brand. Service staff is proficient and respectful.
